For Rest Stop: A small/ med sized Rest area. Clean restrooms. Same situation as post from 2019. Bring bleach water in a spray bottle to disinfect the potable water spigot. I do that no matter where we dump of fill water. Nice grass area for dogs to relieve themselves. The city of El Centro is just a few miles southeast as well as an Overnight stay truck stop. Plenty of nearby gas stations, restaurants and hotels.

For Rest Stop: Overall this is a convenient place to stop overnight (8 hour limit is posted). BUT: The RV dump site has a broken non-functional rinse water fixture. Users of the dump site are using the nearby fresh (potable) water threaded faucet to rinse their dump hoses and waste tanks, unblock their toilets, etc. This is also true at the nearby westbound rest area dump station. Just as at the nearby westbound rest area, a cleaner source of fresh water is the threaded faucet in the drinking fountain pedestal just before reaching the bathroom buildings when first entering from the highway.
