For Tactical Cleaning Co LLC: I just spent 3 hours and 45 minutes to get a truck and trailer washed. I was passed over twice. First time, manager said "it would be 100 minutes before I got in". Went to restruant after telling manager I was going there. Came back in 90 minutes, and two trucks were in the bay that we're not there before and we're not on the list, where I put my name. Manager said there was 1 truck ahead of me. Would be 90 minutes. Went and took a shower after telling manager I was taking a shower. Came back in 40 minutes. The truck ahead of me was in the bay being washed. Another truck pulled up at the back doors, so I could not see inside, because I was parked in one of 3 lanes designated for truck wash waiting. Truck at back of building pulled in after other truck left. I went inside at that point. Manager was gone and another guy said at shift change, this is where they were at. I showed him my name, and said I had been there for 3 1/2 hours waiting. He said, this is where we are on the list. I told him I would go to Blue Beacon. He waved, and said "have a nice day" . Currently at Blue Beacon waiting on 3 trucks ahead of me. What a waste of an afternoon
