Chena River State Recreation Site CLOSED

Sites are nice but too much riff-raff in the area. I saw the cops kick some people out. Questionable people occupying sites. Cars driving throughout the night. Wasn’t uncommon to see police patrolling the campsite. That was a first for me.

Nice park, beautiful site. Come early to get a powered site . Flush toilets, dump, water.
Noisy, in town. Saw some homeless, but they are everywhere. A good idea would be to gate Park closed at night, too many people driving around.
We liked the park. There was a host, too!
