For Seaview RV Park and Campground: Fantastic location on Resurrection Creek and Turn Again Arm. It’s a little busy as the pink salmon are running. Great music on Saturday. Cafe has good food. Friendly staff. The sites are a bit tight and only electric service at some sites. No water or dump. Price is very good. $35 w/ electric $30 without.

For Seaview RV Park and Campground: Stayed over the 4th of July weekend which we knew might have some noise and crowding issues. As other reviewers noted it is a bit tight (two larger rigs with slides would be window to window) and it was a bit noisy but the location and view made the price well worth it and the noise subsided around 11pm. Fished for salmon, dolly varden and trout in river that runs along the side of the campground. Rode bikes through the town and down a few trails in the area. Food at the cafe was very good and service was great. Some of the locals didn’t seem too friendly but most were and the local shop owners appreciated the business. Campsites and roads were gravel/dirt so dust everywhere. Electric service worked well even with a full campground and lots of AC units running. Folks running the camp and cafe were friendly. Tent areas were very packed with all sorts of gear and people.

For Seaview RV Park and Campground: ***Scam alert*** First time in Hope and last time in this campground after my family, and friends were disrespected and overcharged. Our camping trip was fun but we had a really bad customer service experience 😡. I mean to the point of fuc... words all around by the campground host and owner. To remind you that we had our kids with us, they charged us double for our tent including our canopy when tent site prices are clearly stated on their website and on premises ($10 per site). Some of the campers were overcharged as well and when ask why not everyone was charged the same the host said "idk they might be friends of the owner". But the host didn't know that we knew them from Anchorage. Smh 🤦‍♂️Apparently, they want to charge you per tent and per tent size too. The owner without even ASKING US want the problem was said "pack your shi... and get the fuc... out or the cops would be called. After this old lady (host) took all her anger out on us telling us that we need to leave, and that the owner will say the same thing we stay 1 more night ending our trip early. We kept everything professional in our end but we do not recommend camping at Seaview Bar & Cafe, RV Park and campground. As a customer, father and a Veteran a have never seen such a disrespectful service by a host and an owner in my life. I would like to thank the other campers that supported us and some of the locals and the cashier of the Cafe for making our 4th of July better. 👏🇺🇲🥳💪😎 ***Recommendations*** 1. Fire your host 2. Be respectful to others 3. Use professional language 4. Listen to your CUSTOMERS complaints and not only your host. 5. Correct your prices online and on site or detailed. 6. Maker your tent site limits visible 7. Sell full bags of ice not half for the same price. 8. Last thing we never saw any bump site by Mile 15.5

For Seaview RV Park and Campground: We were looking for a place that would be convenient to visit the town of Hope. We're self-contained in our 25 foot MH and don's use the facilities. We stayed on a Thursday in late August. This CG is at the end of the road on Main Street with views of Turnagain Arm and the Chugach Mountains. It's a dirt parking lot with logs separating the sites. Sites are primitive (no hookups) or electric only. Some are pull through while others are back in. They're mostly level. The sites are in full sun with no trees for shade or privacy. There are portable toilets on site and trash cans. There's no water or dump. There's good ATT and Verizon cell service. Although the spaces are a bit tight, we enjoyed the location, vibe and views. Dinner at the Seaview Cafe was good and there was music at the bar until 11, just a few steps from our RV. It's a short walk to gift shops, the library and the museum. There is music every weekend in the summer and we heard from other campers that the CG and downtown Hope get busy then. There's a short walking trail along the mud flats. The Hope Point/Summit and Gull Rock trails start just outside of Hope.

For Seaview RV Park and Campground: We love peace and quiet & privacy in a campground, but if we would ever rant and rave about something opposite - this would be it! We LOVE, LOVE this place. It's such a gem - but you need to come ready to relax with new friends, sing along at open mic or listen to amazing live music at the perfect little bar! And, don't forget to eat at the cafe - so quaint and yummy. Yes, the sites are tight when it gets packed on weekends - they are only divided by a big log on the ground. It's electric only, but the price is great for that. The views are beautiful, and the town is great! Music stops at 11pm but people can be a bit loud after. Still, there is just something about this place! A lot of Alaskans make it a destination to get away for some fun. It's just great, but I can see how it may not be for all. If you want a bit more "camping" experience - go up the road to Porcupine campground. We've done both, but I would stay here again because it's just so darn fun!

For Seaview RV Park and Campground: On the water. Very close spaces. Electric only. Cute little town of Hope with cafe and weekend music. Busy on weekends. Beautiful views of mountains and mouth of Resurection River meeting Turnagain Arm. I gave it 4 stars for the location but the park can be noisy as neighbors are a couple of feet away.
