For Burchfield Branch: If you have a boat and like to fish, this is an excellent campground to spend some time ! Typical Corps campground with all the standard amenities. Be sure you pack everything you need because it’s very isolated. They have 8 sites on the water, but beware 4 of those are for handicapped. We stayed on site #8 which was level and just a few steps to the waters edge. Also beware there is no cell service, not sure if an amplifier would help. Would stay here again for sure !

For Burchfield Branch: Beautiful sites right on the water, but there is zero cell coverage on all 4 big networks. If you need coverage for family, health, work... this is not the place.

For Burchfield Branch: First rate sites on the river! Great fishing, filled our freezers with catfish filets. A bit out of the way, but you have to be going there to stay. On both of our stays, we were there for 2 wks. Met friends & had a grand time. Would go again!
