For Bay Breeze RV Park: This is a tiny little old RV park right on Bon Secour Bay in Gulfshores, AL. We stayed the entire month of January, 2022 and our average wind was 13 knots with regular gusts over 25 and many nights near 40MPH! On multiple occasions we brought our slides in due to wind. Although there is a nice view from the pier, their website has not been updated since storm damage a few years ago. The two level deck with sunset observation deck is gone. There are roughly 25 sites, all extremely close together on sand, broken concrete, and sparse gravel. After numerous lengthy discussions with the owner when booking, we were nearly turned away upon arrival because of our size(which was gone over in detail at the time of booking). My dear husband had to ignore 4 old men barking orders at him on how to park our rig, meanwhile none of them have a big rig!!! All this while the wife of one of those men was marching back to our site waving a printout of our rig specs yelling about our size and wanting to give us a refund and send us out the door, so to speak. Luckily, my husband ignored all and parked us sufficiently and diffused a ridiculous situation. This is a sleepy, old, worn park with nearly no amenities. There is a bathroom with shower in the office for use, and there is a building with two old washers and dryers, but that is it. I chose to go into town to a nice laundromat and our rig is fully contained with two bathrooms. There is a small area with a patch of weeds on sand and dirt for the dogs, but we took them for a drive daily to a local park for outside time. The worst was the wooden pallet over the septic access ON our site. We did not have a side yard, only the wooden pallet. Aside from a few pretty sunsets, this was, BY FAR, the worst experience we have had in our nearly 3 years full time rving. Not only would we NEVER return, we would NEVER recommend. There are a number of larger parks nearby, but the best is Gulfshores State Park...but you need to plan ahead. Gulfshores State Park is THE nicest state park RV park we have ever seen!!! We camped at Bay Breeze RV On The Bay in a Fifth Wheel.

For Bay Breeze RV Park: We did not stay in this park. I am giving it four stars because my goal is not to impact their star rating at all. We drove down to Gulf Shores to check out several parks so we knew where we would be staying when we brought our RV there. This park looks very nice. It is a small private park. The reason I am writing is that I think that it would be very challenging if you had a larger rig to get into this park and get into a site. We have a 35' fifth wheel that is 13' 6" tall and although we probably could've made it work, we didn't want to risk it. So, if you have a smaller rig, or a motor home, then this might be a good place for you.

For Bay Breeze RV Park: Great Great place!! A nice view of the bay. Owners, Jerry and Paulette, are friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. Nice laundry facilities. Rates are reasonable. I would definitely go back. We spent 10 days at the end of April 2019. Felt right at home. Very peaceful and relaxing. The sites are shady and the view of the bay is beautiful.

For Bay Breeze RV Park: Don’t know if the 1 star review below was written by a competitor or if the person stayed at a different park, but the review doesn’t remotely reflect what we experienced at Bay Breeze. We stayed only one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. Park was very clean and well maintained. Hookups conveniently located and worked well. Large plant / flower pots at each site is a nice touch. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and owner guided us into our site. Owner’s brother used a level and placed blocks under where our auto levelers/stabilizers would come down. Very little adjustment by auto system to get perfectly level. Although there is no cable at each site, there is a 52” tv in the office with satellite for guests to use. Movies, games & books also available in office. Beautiful spot on the bay. We will definitely return.

For Bay Breeze RV Park: This is the most disgusting park I have seen. Run down. Dirty. Dark. Cigarette butts and old beer cans scattered about. Needs paint.
Boardwalk has planks missing and some rotted out. Dirty water in bay.
Classic case of false advertising on web.

For Bay Breeze RV Park: Lovely place, very friendly and helpful people, great scenery with calm and peaceful bay, with pelicanes, seagulls, and jumping fish. I'd rate it a "10" if it were possible ?? ?

For Bay Breeze RV Park: Best RV park we have stayed so far. Staff was there to meet us and guide us. Very friendly and helpful. Nice shady and quiet. Right on the bay with a private beach and dock. Loved the pelicans! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Was sorry to leave. We will go there again if given the opportunity!!! ? ?? ?
