The only reason I gave this test stop a two star instead of a one is because the toilets and sink were functioning. Indiana!! You need to do a serious update to this rest stop. The faucets are from the 70s, bathroom smelled of urine. Seriously, I think this rest stop was built in 1972 and hasn’t been updated since.
