For Rest Stop: Welcome center was open 11/2022. Stayed in camper van on car side but saw other larger campers on truck side Spaces were level bathrooms open all night. Lots road noise but to be expected. No issues.

For Rest Stop: This rest area is closed and apparently torn down! No where on rest stop app does it say this or any other warning 50-100 miles back coming from I -40 west at Knoxville to I-75 toward Lexington!
This is not a customer friendly state facility and shame on you for not providing another one close to it for children and pregnant ladies who canNIT hold it until the next one!
