For Gulpha Gorge Campground - Hot Springs National Park: The best National Park campground we have stayed at! Quiet and with full hookups... satellite and version works well!
We have stayed at most of them in the USA... in Motorhome towing

For Gulpha Gorge Campground - Hot Springs National Park: Very nice, quiet and clean campground. No showers, hence the 4 star rating. When we arrived we could not get out of our RV as the dead bolt had broken off inside the door. Three gentlemen spent 2 hours helping us get out, two were staff. Very nice folks. Auto check in was working with credit card. Quick drive into town. Would stay here again.

For Gulpha Gorge Campground - Hot Springs National Park: The credit card machine still does not work. It only takes exact cash with no change given. How convenient? We ended up staying in a non power site and ran our generator. They were not happy but there were no level sites left and I did not have any more cash on me. Based on the CC machine working 4 months earlier, this site has issues that are not being addressed. We went to town the next day and then went to a state park a little ways a way. So make a day trip of it to the Hot Springs so you do not waste the trip.

For Gulpha Gorge Campground - Hot Springs National Park: Ditto all the positive reviews but a few words of wisdom - some of the sites are not very level. You will definitely need leveling jacks. The self - registration machine would only accept the correct amount of cash. Hopefully the credit/debit part will get fixed. If you need cash or change it's a short ride to an ATM. In town there is a Cost Plus 10% Grocery. Very good prices and you can get a 20lb bag of ice for $2.

For Gulpha Gorge Campground - Hot Springs National Park: Ditto richards rating above. There is a bubbling brook to lull you to sleep. You can hike into town about 1.6 miles up and over hot springs mtn takes about 45 min and there are comfort facilities and picnic tables at the top. Baths await in town or showers can be bought at the koa even if you stay in the national park cg

For Gulpha Gorge Campground - Hot Springs National Park: Very nice sites with asphalt. Some sites partially covered with trees. Restrooms very clean, but no shower facilities. Reservations not accepted. It is first come, first serve. There is a self-service registration center. Campground is only 3-4 miles from historic Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs. In general, sites 1-30 have full hook-ups including sewer for $24/night. Sites 31-44 have no hook-ups, and are $10/night. For some reason, site 32 is listed at $24/night, but no hook-ups at that site. Not sure if that is an error. I have attached a photo of the site lengths and the fees for each site below. Park is beautiful, clean, and quiet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. If it is full, there is a KOA only a mile down the road from the NP.
