For Dam Site River - Beaver Lake: Beautiful campground nestled in tall pine trees. There was electricity at each site but the only campground water spigot was closed with a “Boil Order” sign. There was no ranger to ask nor even a note telling us where to get clean water. That was an unexpected and totally unnecessary surprise. Moral of the story - arrive with a full supply of water!

For Dam Site River - Beaver Lake: Stayed here on a Tuesday and Wednesday night in mid to late June. I don’t usually give 5 stars, but Parker Bottoms deserves it. This is more or less our “home park” as we are from Bentonville. Nice flat sites. Beautiful surroundings. Caught six rainbows. Park was near capacity but did not seem crowded. Restroom/showers could use a coat of paint, but we’re clean and worked fine. 2 AT&T bars. Overnight, you are far enough from town to see a lot of stars (though not like some places out west).

For Dam Site River - Beaver Lake: We had a 30A electric only site that was level and shady. Very friendly check in experience. Shower facilities were adequate but could use some updates. On scenic river with a beautiful lake nearby also just a short drive to Eureka Springs which is a fun tourist destination.
