For Camp Navajo RV Park: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ACTIVE DUTY OR VETERANS WHO WANT A NICE PEACEFUL CAMPSITE IN A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION! This is a beautiful place, easy to get to off the highway and not far from Flagstaff, The Grand Canyon and many other historical sites. Plus there is hunting allowed on base but you'd have to call the main gate to get details. The camp hosts rotate as volunteers who come to stay for weeks/months at a time so you may get a different experience, but our hosts were great people that I sat and had coffee with a couple times. The sites are large and tucked in the woods, I was very happy with my visit and would stay again in a heartbeat. Obviously, you need to be military (AD/Res/Vet) which was also neat since I got to have some great conversations with other vets, most of whom were far older than me. Fees for dump/elec/water are $15 total and camp is only $20/night so the longer you stay the more economical it is. Also, you need to get a permit to have a campfire, which you can get really easily from the base fire dept open 8am-4pm. The fire dept is on your way to the camp from the main gate so you can literally pick up the pass on the way in if within hours. There's no septic hookup but there is an easy-to-access dump station. Also, they only take checks or money orders, so plan ahead and bring your checkbook.

For Camp Navajo RV Park: Camp Navajo, quiet, small rv park. Water and electric at each site. Dump station available. We are currently spending the week here. The sites are level and very well distanced from each other. Very few campers staying here. The restrooms are very clean and include spacious showers. Laundry facilities available for a small fee. So close to many destinations ( Grand Canyon, Williams, Flagstaff) 14 day limit, or I could see us spending the entire season.

For Camp Navajo RV Park: 14 sites with electric and water, dump and trash on the way in. It was just us and the camp host for most of the two weeks we stayed, with only one or two other sites used for a few days. In addition to the $20 per night there is a separate $10 fee for the dump and trash. AT&T four full bars LTE. Cell tower is visible from Pine View across I-40.

For Camp Navajo RV Park: Spoiler alert: we did not stay here! We have been staying in Flagstaff at a different RV Park where reach out and touch someone has real meaning! Very tight camp. So we decided to check out the Military camp ground. Camp Navajo is awesome! At about 7,100 ft, it is tucked away on the National Guard Base at Bellemont. Very safe, quiet, small camp ground. Sites are quite large, central area, toilets, did not check the facilities but all looked well kept. Sites are varied, some back in, some pull thru. I gave this a 4 stars because it lacks amenities of some larger parks but on it’s own it is a beauty. I also took the liberty of writing a review since all of the reviews I saw were quite dated. We will be back.

For Camp Navajo RV Park: Backtracked from Tuthill Rec Area just south of Flagstaff since they had no vacancies for the weekend. They were having plumbing problems so the restrooms and laundry were out of order. We saw a coyote crossing the road and deer. Though it poured rain, it drained quickly and didn’t pose a problem, except for mosquito activity!! Nice area! Large sites with lots of friendly campers. We will definitely stay here again when traveling on I-10! Stayed in 34’ MH in July 2018

For Camp Navajo RV Park: I give this park three stars only because the roads and campsites are not paved. If it was paved with pads it would be equal to any military site. We arrived in a heat wave and it is cooler due to the 7200' altitude, thank goodness! A very nice stay about 8 miles east of Flagstaff. I would recommend Camp Navajo for anyone traveling I40 and needing a stop for the night or few days. Call ahead to George or Vicky. Minimal tv, Verizon 3LTE.

For Camp Navajo RV Park: This is a great little campground.
The folks that manage it are super nice and helpful. The spaces are will sized and you have some that are shady and others in the sun.
Located close to Flagstaff. Easy run into town or access to Camping World.
