Beware!! What you should know about the corporation that runs this park... There are 300+ sites available and it has NEVER been at capacity. Yet to a very few this park has been home. They were promised the world (for a price) they paid it. Last year; the most vulnerable demographic among us (elderly 70-90+, veterans and I guess those that this Corp thought no one cared about) were told to get out of the park unless they could afford ANOTHER multi-thousand dollar payout to this evil corporation. So like many people with no other option, they each managed to pay the park thousands while some only receive less than $800 a month to live on and they were promised to never have to deal with this again. Until recently! The Arizona summer is here and this park is nearly empty, only the few who have bought into this dream remain; not any more. After taking all their money, this place is kicking these elderly people to the curb. One had a days notice, another 1 week; each told by a corporate exec that if you don’t leave the cops will drag you out. Really..!?! If this is something you can turn a blind eye to.. good for you.. I guess your hoping that one day you won’t be old too. Honestly, this is horrific and if it’s happening in one of their parks, how many other people in their parks are experiencing the same thing? ~Have a Soul~

Level site on hot gravel, no shade, hilly park. Pool area is so welcome in the 117 degree heat of summer. No dog park except where they were dumping trimmings, rocks, and road debris. Easy drive to casinos and the nice cool Colorado River. May try visiting in the winter. Camped in 34’ MH in July 2018

We pulled in the park and paid for one night when we pulled down to the sight it was not adequate for the size of our fifth wheel , we went back to the office within minutes and asked for our money back, the attendant said it was already submitted and there was no way to get our money back. We feel this was not appropriate and asked for a refund, which to date we have not heard anything from their management and we will spread the word about their inapproprate procedure.
