It was nice to be amongst the trees after driving through the desert so long. The road up to the campground was easy. There was some snow but my Prius handled it fine. Only 20 minutes from Montezuma Castle and 15 from Arizona Veterans Hwy. The campground was completely empty in mid February. Had a fire ring, toilet, and picnic table.
