For Kaibab Camper Village: We had a great stay here! I didn't need A/C so 30 amps work great. The camp host helped me back in (34' 5th wheel) and we had plenty of space. I would stay here again.

For Kaibab Camper Village: Whatever you do, don't stay at this campground. You will regret it, especially if you own a big rig!!! They have full hook-ups but only offer 30 amp or less, why no 50 amp? Here's the number one problem, I own a 45' class A, VERY expensive motorcoach, I am also towing a car with a tow dolly. When I made the reservation they said that they do have pull thrus, but they cannot reserve spots, nor guarantee what spot you'll be placed in, ok, that's normal, I can deal with that, but once you check in you soon realize that the woman in charge (Janet I believe, heavy Boston accent) who lacks every customer service skill known to man, does not give a crap if you're a pop-up, a trailer or million dollar class A. Ok, so I'm the big rig and I'm also traveling with relatives who have a 25' class C, I asked when making the reservation if we could be placed next to each other, since my relatives know nothing about RVing and all that it entails, well we weren't next to each other, ok, again I assume they're busy. They show us our spots and my jaw just dropped, they wanted me to back into a [bad] narrow spot that is encroached with huge pine trees. I'm 45', people and 13' high!!! When backing in I had to drop my tow dolly and because of the placement of trees had to let some dang big pine tree branches rub along the side of my coach. That was just awesome. So all this is ok at this point because I think that the campground is just full, so all the pull thru spots are taken, not so dear travelers, not so. In the morning our next door neighbor left and I walked up to the office to see if my family members could move spots and be next to us, here's the load of crap I was told: the park was all booked up and spots were already assigned, but people can't request a spot, so how would they know if they were moved prior to their arrival? Way to try and accommodate your customers. Next and here's the doosy, the back in spots that they forced me into are for the big rigs (ummm, excuse me?), but the pull thru spots are reserved for any type of rig that comes in and will only be used for "One Nighters"...ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!?!? So a rented 27' class C came in last night and they got a huge pull thru, just because they were staying one night and I'm wanting to stay 3, how does that make any sense at all? Wouldn't you want to take good care of the customers who are giving you more money and staying longer? After my mind boggling conversation with the beyond lovely woman with no compassion towards her customers, I am walking back to my rig and I notice that the sites next to the one who left by me are all trailers and are all about 20'. Trailers!!!! I thought I was in the "Big Rig" area?!?!?!!! So it's my impression that in all honesty, I don't think the management has ever bought or camped in an RV in their life, if they had, they wouldn't treat the big rigs like utter crap! That they don't give a rats a$$ about placement of the RV's in their camp and care even less about their customers. All in it for the money it seems. I am absolutely floored that this campground is still in business. I would rather dry camp on the side of the road then ever give this campground money again. The toilets are chemical and who in the world chargers people $2.25 for 5 minutes of shower time?!?!!!! Also, it's prohibited to fill your holding tanks! WHAT?!?!?? I can understand charging for laundry, but showers, really?!? They mandate that your sewage line be off the ground because they want to avoid leakage, but last I checked, a sewage line can leak even when off the ground. And now, since we want to leave a day early, they are refusing to refund one night back to us. Crooks!!! So to break it down, if you're looking to give away your money to someone who cares nothing for you, your property or happiness, then this is the place for you, but if you're looking for a memorable vacation with the family, well, drive right on by this place, don't call them and don't pop in, dry camp, you'll be happier that way. This place is begging to be put out of business and damn well should be!

For Kaibab Camper Village: No flush toilets. Outdoor sinks with cold water only. Overpriced pay showers. Everything gross and dirty.

For Kaibab Camper Village: Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice location in the trees. No bathrooms just porta Potts but they are very clean. They do have showers that you have to pay for. Full hookups I think just 30 amp everywhere.
