For Cotton Lane RV and Golf Resort: Stayed 3 nights and felt safe and pretty quiet. Convenient location near I-10 and shopping for supplies. Overall an okay park except the setup for pull-through sites in the northeast corner very poorly designed and narrow. The sewage ground receptacles for the adjacent site were right next to edge of our patio. Measured at 3' from the steps of our entrance door. Gross! I wouldn’t even sit out there let alone cook out there. All of the people and fellow rv’ers we met were very nice . Our dog baby loved the dog park and meeting other pooches. It was very close to our site.

For Cotton Lane RV and Golf Resort: This is a very nice RV resort. Stayed here for 3 weeks and was very pleased. Convenient shopping close by as is I-10. Has a post office, indoor pool, community center, clean shower and laundry. Long gravel pull throughs but you have to pay extra for wifi. Its free in the community center. We used our hotspot and got along fine.

For Cotton Lane RV and Golf Resort: Stayed at Cotton Lane for 2 nights in our 5th wheel. We had previously made a reservation. Staying at this park (mid-Sep) was a surreal experience.
We arrived early Saturday afternoon. Stopped to check in at the office. The door to the office lobby was unlocked but the registration window counter had the blinds shut. No one was around. We called out and wandered through the accessible areas ? not a sign of life. We called the park's number several times (incl the 800 number). Calls were directed to a brief voice message saying Welcome - the office is closed?. Not a particularly useful message! We left several voice mails. No information was posted or provided for arriving RVers. No emergency contact numbers were posted. We talked about what to do, and considered going to another park. We finally decided What the hey. Lots of room, and the sites had working water and 50 amp service?. We had our choice of sites as we were the only ones in the entire pull through section. There were maybe 6-7 RVs in other back-in sites, but they looked to be unoccupied. There was a scattering of park models, and a few had lights on. Never saw a soul for the 2 nights and 1 day we were there. Really strange.
Walking the dogs late Saturday afternoon, we wandered over to the office, and we found the lobby door locked. Thus someone must have been around(?). On Sunday during the day, we again went over to the office. As before, the lobby door was unlocked but the registration counter was firmly closed. Called the park's telephone number several times, but only received the same message.
Ditto on Monday morning. We finally received a telephone call back from the park at 11:00am when we were on the road. No apologies, no concerns, or explanations provided. Basically they were just returning our calls and wanted to know what we needed. We said that we had been in the park for 2 nights now, could not find any staff, had left, and would like to pay them for our site. Simple conversation ? no questions on their part as to why we had any concerns. A great Twilight Experience?!
Pros:
Very quiet ? of course we were the only ones there!
The pull through sites were very long (close to a 100'), but as other reviewers noted, the sites were VERY narrow.
Level gravel sites.
The park has an indoor pool.
Cons:
No one around ? neither staff or RVers.
VERY narrow sites. All the pull through sites barely allowed an RV to squeeze between the service pedestal on the left and the small paved patio on the right. With a bit of careful positioning, I was able to open the left slides. The pedestal was between two of our slides, but only cleared the side of the rig by 18?! The right side wheels of the rig were only several inches clear of the small concrete patio.
The sewage ground receptacles for the adjacent site were right next to edge of our patio. Measured at 3' from the steps of our entrance door. With our right side living slide extended, the paved patio was unusable. I sure wouldn't want to use it if the adjacent site was occupied. Fortunately there were no other RVs in the section of park where we were. I shudder to imagine what it would be like if the park was full - disgusting! Definitely we would not have been able to extend our awnings.
No Wi-Fi or cable.
No picnic tables.
The indoor pool was closed for painting?. Looking through the windows to the pool , the pool looked well-maintained, was full, and the water looked clean ?really strange
Absolutely no shade! There were a number of small trees that had been planted at some point, but they were shriveling up.
This park bills itself as an RV Resort and Golf Resort. They must be using a mighty strange dictionary to referring to themselves as a resort of any kind.
In our opinion, there are other more attractive, better maintained (and staffed!) RV parks in the Phoenix area. If the park was heavily used, we would definitely not recommend staying here ? even if only for over-night.

For Cotton Lane RV and Golf Resort: A large, ugly gravel parking lot with nothing growing, but it did have services. The power went out when I was there and management refused to make an adjustment. What a miserable night I had in 100 degree weather with no power to operate my A/C
