For Twin Palms RV Park: Other reviews are accurate. It’s a tight place, but Steve our host was great about helping and getting everyone into and out of their spots. We have a 31’ class C as well and it was nice. It is all gravel, but welcome to AZ! We were in town for a funeral and they were the only place willing to accommodate us. The place is super clean and it is easy access to the valley. Just be sure you have a toad or rental or something because they don’t want in and out (with good reason.)Each spot also has a little concrete pad for a patio which is great for enjoying the sun and nice weather.

For Twin Palms RV Park: Stayed 12/16-12/19 2019. Booked on short notice, had to pay $160 in advance for 4 night stay. Pros: Right in the middle of Mesa, off Main Street. Across the street from Camping World, adjacent to Canal Walking Path for walking dogs, less than a block from Light Rail station. About a mile from closest grocery store, accessible by following Canal Path. Nice showers and laundry room. Excellent and knowledgeable camp hosts. Cons: very tight spaces. We parked our 30 foot class C without much difficulty, but would be hesitant to try anything much larger. A bit expensive, but to be expected being right in the middle of “RV Row” in Mesa. Very hard to find the first time - it is located behind a motorcycle shop, and we drove right by it initially, required a U turn. Would probably comparison shop before staying again, but would still strongly consider it.

For Twin Palms RV Park: Park is located in the alley behind a motorcycle shop. Very noisy from street traffic, 39.00 a night and offers no discounts. No areas for pets to do their business, or to walk them, even though it says pet friendly. All gravel, no tables no frills. Bathrooms were clean. Would not stay again, simply because the price was too high for the park, too noisy, way too cramped, no where to take the dog.
