Very rustic, few people there, they might be undergoing some kind of transition. Caverns closed, but we knew that ahead of time. A good 2 hours from Grand Canyon, we were told by park staff an hour to an hour and a half. Staff didn’t know much about the area. Free continental breakfast was a joke, hotel staff rude when asking questions. RV park staff very nice, and bathrooms / showers extremely clean - way to go Michael! I asked for a space that would easily accommodate our 39 foot 5th wheel and truck, they repeated a couple times they got it, if we didn’t like what we were assigned we could move. Which we did, but they really need to understand a 39 foot rig isn’t always easy to move. Park would be great if they could get it cleaned up and modernized a bit - it looked like it was something from pre-1970’s. Advertised with laundry facilities, but laundry kept locked up so couldn’t use, and when it got opened, there was 1 washer and 2 dryers - washer was dirty like someone washed their rugs and dog blankets and didn’t clean the machine after - yuck! Terrible signage for the dump station. Staff said something about the property being owned by multiple entities - they should get together on their plans. They are so far away from GC that if they don’t improve something, they aren’t going to get much business. Wish them well, but we won’t be going again.

I knew it was going to be bad when no one else was camping there. Mud hole and a dump! No service. In the middle of nowhere!

Cozy campsites set amongst the piñions. Electric & water at sites. Dump station behind the gas pumps in front of the motel (sewer hose and rinse water hose provided -nice!) very laid back vibe. Just check in at the motel and go pick your site. Way cool Cave Tour - a must do! And FREE laundry! Love it!

We had a great time. A nice little call camp ground. We really liked our tour guide for the caverns.

Great quirky stop along historic RT66. Big pull throughs with water and 50amp service, but no dump at the sights. Dump station behind the gas station by the road. The food at the restaurant was good. The cave tour was very kewl. No cell signal, but with my cell booster, and directional antenna pointed east, I got 4 bars and streamed Netflix with no problem on ATT.

Nice large sites 50/30amp and water. Satellite friendly. Dump station at motel. Cavern tour was awesome and the restaurant was amazing! The Cavern Burger and the homemade pies are to die for! Whole property is very Route 66 cool

We ended up not staying here. But, very nice sites, caring owner. There is no Wi-Fi/internet at the RV Park. Free Wi-Fi is available at the motel a mile away. That's why we ended up not staying. We won't have Wi-Fi or cell coverage the next two nights, and wanted it tonight, so we drove to the KOA in seligman, az 25 miles away.

Very quiet on our last visit. Only issue is lack of sewer hookup at site so have to dump.
