For Puntledge RV Campground: Staying here for a few months until we head south for the winter. Overall pretty good! They have made lots of improvements in recent years including many large full service 50 amp sites. There is room for improvement in landscaping and amenities especially with the higher prices they charge. It’s a great location close to the city with the Puntlage River running along side. Lots of trails and paths are available for walking or bike rides which connect throughout the valley. Give it a try !

For Puntledge RV Campground: So far not a great experience. Booked here for 10 days. Arrived 3 days ago at 4:30pm. No one around so after 1/2 hours of calling and searching, I picked my own RV spot. Since then left numerous messages so I could officially check in, get bathroom code and tv hookup. Chatted with Brian when he called to say I was in the wrong spot and he says he can't help with the check in. Not sure why they have posted hours of 9am to 6pm when no-one is here to help. UPDATE: It is now day 5 out of 10 days with multiple telephone messages left at the office. Still no reply from whomever claims to be managing the campground. To add insult to injury, the sign on the door says to check with the Camp Host on the property if the office doors are locked. Come to find out that the Camp Host has had COVID-19 for some time now and is quarantining in his camper, but the notice on the office door remains. FINAL UPDATE: Completed Day 10 and left the campground never officially checking in or receiving any call backs and only a short generic response from the owners that never replied back or reached out in earnest to resolve the situation. Such a ridiculous experience (for which many campers were in agreement) which is too bad since the campground has potential. I was going to request somewhat of a refund considering I did not get the full services that I paid for, but from the experience I had, I will not get a reply anyways. P.S. The Camp Host was the one that said to me personally from a distance that he had COVID and was quarantined. Just saying :)

For Puntledge RV Campground: Puntledge is the kind of campground that we like to stay in. Not a lot of fancy amenities like pools and mini golf. But the lots are really big and the view is wonderful...open spaces, trees and quiet. The reason I only gave it four stars is that the grass was very long and did not get cut until our 6th day. There was a boil water advisory while we were there. Not a big problem, but if we had known before hand, we would have filled up our tanks before arrival. We camped here in a fifth wheel and would definitely recommend it to others.
