For Rest Stop: Headed west from Salt Lake City. SLC had few options to stay as it was Saturday night and nice weather. We just needed a safe place to park. We continued west and this rest stop was perfect since it was not too hot. We stayed on the car side to avoid the noisy trucks. Not crowded.
