Costco

Costco has the best employees over all friendly and helpful at all times but more so when a customer has a problem. On Sunday Sept 8th I was in the Grande Prairie Store about 5:45 pm I did a return then a purchase left the store then realized I couldn't find my keys, everyone I spoke to offered help and suggestions on where I could have lost them. One employee WENDY JOHNSON went far beyond her duty to help me. WENDY finished her shift at 6:00 pm and drove me to Wembley (20 minutes from the Grande Prairie Costco) then helped me get into my apartment to get my extra set of keys. She then drove me back (another 20 minutes) to the Costco parking lot. I found I had dropped the keys in my car, Wendy was so happy I found the Keys and didn't make me feel foolish at what I had done. I am 75 years old and am new to this area WENDY JOHNSON made what could have been a bad and expensive experience an ADVENTURE. WENDY told me she has been with Costco for seven years. It is people like WENDY JOHNSON that makes Costco such a great place to shop. s
