For Canyon Hot Springs Resort Ltd: No room between sites,low branches ,loud trains ( and often) both going up the grade here and down, pay to use the pool with either a one entry pass or pay more for a day pass. Expensive laundry for the couple machines that worked! Wouldn’t stay here again !

For Canyon Hot Springs Resort Ltd: I didn’t read this info in other reviews. Sites are VERY tight. Small tree branches touching the larger rigs. We had to cut some of them to prevent rubbing on rig. The biggest negative is the constant train noise. It is a major route for the Canadian Pacific RR. The trains are going downhill here and the brakes are squealing the entire time. Be sure you have ear plugs if you want to sleep at night. The pool is $17.50 per day/per person and that’s the senior rate. No discount for camping here. I wish the reviews had mentioned these things. I will not stay here again.

For Canyon Hot Springs Resort Ltd: Lovely hot springs campground tucked in the middle of snow capped mountains. Very family friendly, and my kids (7 &3) enjoyed an afternoon in the pool. All staff we encountered seemed very welcoming. If you want high end look elsewhere. If you want hot springs and a relaxing afternoon then this may be your place.

For Canyon Hot Springs Resort Ltd: We had booked to stay here one night but we were so turned off by the lack of customer service, we gave up our fee and drove away. The woman at the front clearly did not have time for us giving us very short answers to our questions. She did a great job making us feel like we were bothering her and acted like she was doing us a favor. I rarely write reviews like this but it was demoralizing being treated like that; we instinctively felt we were unlikely to have a pleasant stay so we left. On our way out we saw various campsites - most of them packed in though we saw a few that looked palatial with large grassy spots.

For Canyon Hot Springs Resort Ltd: I would have gone up to 2.5. So much potential. Grounds could use some TLC. So sad to see flower beds and boxes not done. Edging and trimming lacking. Paint or stain needed around the pools.
Otherwise not bad. Consider a discount to campers who want to use the pool. Especially in the evening.
