For Cabelas: 4-5 RV's in total. Relatively quiet; frequent trains but not unusually loud. Some RV's parked to the rear of the lot to be further from the tracks, others parked on the west side of the lot.

For Cabelas: We tried to call to see if overnight camping/stopping was allowed. They were already closed. When we arrived there was already another camper there. Yes there are trains, but it’s a free place to crash!! As we pulled up, another camper pulled up as well. It was easy enough to get on and off the interstate as well.

For Cabelas: Top notch free camping it awesome that cabelas lets you camp. This is an og cabelas it’s older than the rest I think that makes it Cooler plus it has awesome trains that drive by occasionally So if you’re into trains like me that’s a plus. We where here manorial day 2020 and we where the only people here could have been the covid tho. Free camping manorial day and only ones here it was the best we where passing threw on our way to Colorado

For Cabelas: Sept 2019: Called first and was asked to park on the west end of the parking lot. I was the only RV. Occasional trains but they didn’t seem to bother me. Very nice!

For Cabelas: We were traveling on Route 30 in a 40’ Class A with toad. Easy on and off. Big level parking lot, able to stay connected. Asked and were given permission to stay. We stayed in the west side. Very quiet, except for the trains, although we slept well. Would definitely stay here again.
