Dale

For KOA Holiday Coleville/Walker: Clean park, right off highway 395. Rates are $45/nt with KOA membership where the rates at the Topaz casino up The road are half that. Restaurant on property is permanently closed with a for sale sign on it. Not much to do in Coleville. Seemed like the town had a high school and a few houses, and that’s about it.

Susan

For KOA Holiday Coleville/Walker: It was the nicest campground we have ever stayed at. People were friendly and the facilities were clean. Very nice. Looking forward to many more trips to stay at this KOA.

Julie

For KOA Holiday Coleville/Walker: Very friendly KOA. Bathrooms are clean and large. Each bathroom is a good sized personal room, meaning that there is a shower, toilet, sink and bench in one room.
Clean laundry room.
Pet friendly.
Nice setting, clean pool and large grassy area with swings, volleyball net and horseshoes.
They have a nice patio area where a fire can be built and shared with others and what looked like a red room.
Camping and motel rooms. Level sites but little shade.
Some road noise since it's right off of the highway.
The little restaurant right next door had a good breakfast.

TylerK9

For KOA Holiday Coleville/Walker: Great location smack in between Lake Tahoe and Yosemite. Campground is now a KOA and is in a really lovely spot beneath dramatic granite cliffs. Sites are close together with very little shade or privacy. Lots of highway noise all night long from 395, a major truck route. Might be quieter at one of the sites on other side of the loop.

johngag

For KOA Holiday Coleville/Walker: It is right next to the highway. Super loud traffic noise so you have to run fan all night. Has a pool but pretty small. It is dog friendly and has a dog run which is cool. The staff was very nice.
