For Fresno Mobile Home and RV Park: Awful! We had site A which is one of three sites for short term stays. You get into the site directly from the main road. Our site on the living side was about 4 feet wide and faced the side of a building. That was our view. Several times people from the office walked through our site to get to their cars on the street. They were smoking and walked on our rugs. All dirt on the ground - no gravel at all. The hook up side was also about 3 1/2 to 4 feet which made it very difficult to hook up the water electric and sewer. The compartment doors didn’t open fully because of the tight space. To exit, we had to either back out directly onto the busy main road or drive through the site next to ours. Children living at the park were playing in the dirt and throwing it into the air, getting onto our tow. The ladies room was being redone so women had to use the mens room!! Our surge protector tripped several times and the maintenance told us to use the hookup in the next site. One of the worst camping experiences we’ve had in 30 years.

For Fresno Mobile Home and RV Park: Not the kind of location you want to stay at for long but perfect for a trip from southern to Northern California. We stayed one night. The location is in a neighborhood and not the best. Cars are racing up and down the street but the sites are set back so the sound isn't a problem. If you've got a big rig the parking isn't easy. My 25' was easy to get in however. Pool was the highlight forint kids. Clean and all to themselves. The wifi is great. Bathrooms are convenient but smelled a little. I've seen cleaner. $40 isn't a steal but it met our needs.
