For Arbor Mobile Village: Not worth the money it costs to stay. There is a small clubhouse with nothing inside. No pool or anything else for that matter. A Musty smelling shower room but there is 4 washers and dryers. Worst of all is a tyrant of a park manager who is hated by everyone and knows it but doesn't understand why. It didn't take us long to find out why she is so hated. A recent murder occurred in the park which was not disclosed by the manager when we first got here. Park is not maintained. Most lots are extremely unleveled. Damage to concrete slabs and unsafe electrical connection boxes. I could go on and on but I guess you get the picture.
