For Malibu Beach RV Park: We booked this RV park as a treat for the view. The view is spectacular. On the negative sides the bathrooms and the laundry room were not a the level expected for a park at that price. The treat was not not worth it. Most of the other comments are very representativwe.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: This place is ALL about the views. Yes, expensive, but it’s Malibu CA. It was raining like crazy when I got there, so as others have said, my site was soft and got quite muddy as I took the 3 dogs in & out. I called the front desk to see if they had anything to put on the ground to help (Astro turf mat or whatever), and they did not. So my thoughts are they should either pave the sites or have mats or runners on hand to give guests if needed for the mud. I didn’t want to put my own mat down, because I was only there for one night in my class b van, and my mat would have been a mess to carry on with for my trip. But the views!! I woke up to a glorious sunny morning in Malibu on the Pacific Ocean. I felt it was worth the $ to have that experience after coming from the desert.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: We stayed for five nights. Great views of the ocean. PHC provide some background noise but after dark we mostly heard the surf pounding.Sites are close but I didn’t think they were unduly close. I certainly been in tighter sites many times. After all real estate is at a premium here. We had Santa Anna winds one night. The park might’ve been advised to send out an email to everyone advising what that entailed. It was the worst when we have ever experienced. Our only interaction with the staff was when we arrived. A man came out and gave us our information and directed us to our site. The grounds were clean. We did not use the restrooms. It was pricey but it came with a view We just paid the same amount for a night in the desert with no view not near much of anything. What really annoyed us was was paying three dollars to do a load of laundry plus $1.50 for the dryer. We have camped at hundreds of places and that is the most we’ve ever paid. Very annoying. (As an aside we once were camping at a county park and the laundry was free) all in all a nice stay. Folks on either side offered me a beer. We’d return.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Called to book a site. Extra $5 per child $3 per pet that stays in your RV with you. They had several sites so I routed my trip in that direction, getting in just before sundown. Was told my 1993 coach wasn’t new enough to be allowed to stay there. Poor communication when booking online with neglecting to distinguish the rules and left me in a situation of driving at dark searching for another place to stay. Glad they don’t discriminate against older folks the way they do our rvs.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: We had a pull through Site 153. So uneven we had to park diagonal on the site to get our 30" 5th wheeler some what level. Told we had the only site available yet so many were empty. Staff told us we had water leaking we may have towh turn water off or change our water habits. On checking the leak was a very minor drip. Yet the majority of the other sites had bigger leaks and 24hrs after people left the grounds were still waterlogged. Obviously staff don't check all their sites. Also one poor RV about 30" long was put on a back in site suitable for about 22ft. Their cabin was such out in the middle of the road. 2hrs later they are still trying to get a site. All sites dirt, restrooms I would not use. Laundry expensive (never paid so much in our 65 parks) & small. I washed it after checkout just finished knowing I had machines. We will never return to this RV Park. Cost well over $1000.00 for 1 week in early Aug. Also parents were letting tiny children ride their bikes without supervision. I nearly hit a not so tiny I couldn't see him over the front of our truck. Mum told me she wondered where they were, I said riding around for over 1 hr.
