For Bay Pines Travel Trailer Park: Pretty good place to stay. It's near to, but not within walking distance, of the ocean, state park and town. Management is friendly and helpful. The sites are extremely close together, frequently requiring somebody else's vehicle to be moved in order to wedge in a newcomer. There's approximately 20 vehicles parked outside on the road because they won't fit near the owner's rig. This place is mostly full time stays, probably 80 of the 110 slots will never move again. Rest rooms are clean and each site is groomed before your arrival. Laundry works well, but expensive ($2.25/load.) Overall monthly price wasn't bad. Pool/Spa stays open all year.

For Bay Pines Travel Trailer Park: We stayed here for the Avocado Margarita Festival and it was wonderful. Clean showers and sites, beautiful pool, plenty of space for the RV and a pickup truck. We will be returning again this year.
