For Morro Dunes RV Park: Beautiful park! Nice staff too. Very clean and close to the beach. We would stay here again for sure!

For Morro Dunes RV Park: Great location, very well maintained and great location. We planned to stay for one night but ended up staying four. Perfect place to ride bikes to see the sea otters, go watch the surfers, watch the waves crash onto Morro Rock or go to the bay and get a bite to eat.

For Morro Dunes RV Park: Campground was nice. It was clean. Walking distance to nice town area. Good food. Bird life and marine life was amazing. Would have spent more time here next time.

For Morro Dunes RV Park: Dysfunctional Family Campground. We have been coming here for years. This year we made a reservation a year in advance to celebrate our anniversary in Morro Bay, and we were given a card to confirm our reservation for the 30th of May thru June 5th. On the way from Southern California, my wife decided to call just to be sure of the reservation since the only confirmation we had was that card that we were given by the older dark haired lady when we made the reservation a year ago. A lady named “Sharla” answered and my wife explained that she was just calling to confirm our reservation since the only confirmation we had was the card. Sharla said that we had no reservation and that “someone” had called in March and cancelled the reservation. (We did not call) Sharla asked our name and found us in the computer. She asked the dates that we reserved the space. When my wife gave her the dates, she said “Oh, I found your reservation!” Sharla said “We’re all set”. When we arrived were were greeted by a lady with blonde hair. She asked our name and when she looked us up on the computer, she said the space was only reserved leaving on the 2nd (Saturday) instead of the 5th (Monday). My wife explained that we were suppose to have a space reserved until Monday .. the blonde lady (assuming she is a family member since she would not last long working for someone else with her attitude) said “you don’t have reservations” “you changed them yesterday” my wife replied “No, I never changed our reservations yesterday, I called to confirm them yesterday” she said “Well, they are now changed to Saturday morning....Maybe you should look elsewhere if you are not happy with that.” I said Whaat! We have had these reservations for a year and you bumped us? She replied “Would you like me to call security? ...I suggest you find another campground!” I said “Really?” Just then the older lady with Dark hair stepped in. (I’m assuming her mother) She said there is nothing they can do.....just then an elderly man stepped in. She said he was the owner. “You can talk to him if you like”. We stepped outside because we were drawing too much attention from the other campers who were coming in. He said that they have an older computer that sometimes fails to record the correct reservation dates. He said “Sometimes when someone reserves a space for a month, the computer only records one day”. He said..”It’s just something that happens and there is nothing we can do about it” he shrugged his shoulders and said... “things happen”. At that point, I realized that I was talking to someone who truly had no control over his employees (family members), nor his reservation system (a computer that mysteriously changes reservations) no clue as to how to run a campground, and no intention of making this right. His (wife?) stated that they had been in business for over fifty years. (as if that meant they somehow had gained considerable knowledge as to how to run a campground ?). To end our conversation he said “Let me see what I can do for you”....He did nothing. We never heard from him again. To anyone planning to camp here in the future....Please know that your campground space is NOT guaranteed and, depending on the desire of the “employees”, your reserved site may be given to one of their friends, or someone willing to “tip”. (We all know that computer systems work only as good as whomever taps on the keyboard.)

For Morro Dunes RV Park: Really enjoyed this park. Nicely set up. Walk to the beach, town, walk to the rock! Lots of sea life and birds to watch. Good restaurants within walking distance. We paid over $50 per night. But I think it was worth it. We camped in a 40 foot motorhome.
