For Harmony Ridge Resort: The best! HRR is a private RV & Camping resort in the trees above Nevada City, CA. They have around 100 sites with 30 & 50 amp services. The sites are well spread and it’s super quiet here at night. (There’s no trains or roads anywhere nearby).
The amenities are very nice. Pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, clubhouse and kids clubhouse, and more. Staff is friendly and have a serving attitude.
If you want to tour the property and stay for a couple nights to check it out - tell them I sent you.

For Harmony Ridge Resort: Private club. Great location for those that are active and want to explore this area. Grounds are clean and staff is great.
