For Pismo Coast Village RV Resort: Nice clean sites with friendly staff. Great access to the beach and to all their facilities.

For Pismo Coast Village RV Resort: very crowded, constant smoke from fire rings, nice showers/bathrooms. Beach access good, across a lagoon. Great location to access Pismo Beach and very friendly and helpful staff. Wifi NEVER worked.

For Pismo Coast Village RV Resort: Agree with last reviewer. Only downside for us was the intermittent wifi. There are lots of repeaters, & there's a strong signal, but some folks must download a lot & use up bandwidth. Very frustrating if you're trying to communicate with family.

Park is massive, with 400 sites. Altho close together, the layout somehow doesn't make you feel on top of your neighbour.

Looked like lots of loyal campers who visit often. If you're interested in seeing every type of RV imaginable, this is the place. From extravagant to kooky. It's an entertainment in itself.

We'd certainly return in our 18' trailer.

For Pismo Coast Village RV Resort: Pismo Coast RV Village is amazing, great spots, a 5 min walk to down town, nice staff, 24-7 security, pool, huge store with practically everything you need. The spots were grass lined, fire pits are cleaned out daily, great lookout points over the ocean, we already planning my next visit there. The north spots are definitely the prime real estate lots and are usually saved for share holders. I would say the only down side is that they advertise walking to the beach, which you can if you walk to town (only 5 min) and go to the beach, but the park has a marsh between them and the beach, but like I said there is little enclosed gazebos that are built up so you can see the beach.. I would say the best park in the area.
