For Fairways RV Resort: Pictures are old. All the grass is dead now just dirt between sites. Site water pressure low. Staff great and friendly. Nice exchange and commissary within a couple miles. Cable didn’t seem to work but many over the air channels. Free WiFi although it is weak and shuts off all the time.

For Fairways RV Resort: I am not sure why this RV park got 2 stars. The park is quiet, the concrete pull thru sites are spacious. The rate of 30/night is more than reasonable. They are located in a convienent area /close to shopping and 37miles from Santa Barbara. Nice bike path down to the water. We didn't use any of the facilities so I can not rate. We will return without hesitation .

For Fairways RV Resort: Fairways RV Park is having issues with the Immigrant Children Dorm. Main RV Park entrance has been closed and an alternate "emergency" gate has been opened for RV access. Unfortunately, the S turn to get into the park is so tight that myself and other RV's have damaged their rigs making the second 90 degree turn. Recommendation? Stay away until the Immigrant Dorm has been decommissioned and the main entry road opened back up. Or make sure your RV insurance include collision. And a last note, if you decide to be responsible and call the Military Police and report your scuffing of the gate, be prepared to get a moving violation ticket for make an incorrect turn. "Go Navy!"
