Clean, level, and safe! The nicest people running the park. Walking distance to a Starbucks!

Making reservations was easy process, stayed first week in Sep but departed 1 day early. It’s a small park with full hookups, restrooms (toilets & showers) included, no pool, no tables nor bbqs, full concrete pads that were level, dog run that was just dirt so when the large dogs come out it’s a dust storm & many dog owners don’t leash their dogs to the dog run. Lots of long term or permanent residents. What we really didn’t like was the shared sewer, never seen anything like it in the 2 yrs we’ve been RVing. Women’s restroom was decent and stocked but according to my husband, men’s restroom had one working stall out of two and was consistently out of toilet paper for three days, therefore the assumption that it had also not been cleaned. This park is really old and run down if we had a choice this place would not be it. The office staff was really nice, professional and helpful.

We called same day and got a reservation for our 36 ft 5th wheel. The park was clean and spacious. It had WiFi and cable TV hookups. Office staff was very friendly and helpful.

So like others I looked on their site and the place looked pretty good by the pictures. There are are a lot of permanents at this park and I’m still trying to decide if all the cars going past my trailer where just going home for the night, not sure. I’m not really sure why they give you a password for the WiFi, they have no WiFi, didn’t try cable. I also didn’t use the restrooms or laundry so I have no input there. There isn’t a lot of options in this area so for 33 bucks it was ok but I made sure I locked everything up and double checked my trailer door was locked. Road noise was also pretty loud.

Called ahead, spoke to a very nice person who gave us info. We paid and picked up map and receipt after hours. Did not use internet or any common facilities, but the park looked nice and was close to some food choices nearby to walk to. We stayed overnight and hookup and parking were easy. Would stay here again.

Four stars for this place is to generous. Despite what listing says, no cable and no WiFi. Also, it’s and older park located right off the highway and you definitely hear the traffic.

We came in after hours and it was easy to find our spot. The lady we talked to was super nice and easy going. Nice level, wide concrete pads to park our 23' Airstream. The park was clean and great landscaping, very beautiful plants. With our Good sam discount we paid $34.20. Perfect spot for an overnighter with lots of food selections across the street.

Nice clean spaces, our facing the highway but far enough from I-5. The cable did not work except it was completely fuzzy. Our local attenea only picked up junk, no FOX, as listed on the brochure. The worst was the WiFi totally did not work. We found the WiFi channel but the password given to us was a dud. Did not work!! We often stay in free spaces like Walmart, rest stops, Cabelles but due to heat we paid so we expected to get some services. We did get electricity.

This is a very clean park, asphalt roads and all sites are level and concreted. Close to freeway but far enough that we couldn't hear it. Restaurants across the streets, all the good ones, in and out, McDonald's, panda and Starbucks.
Easy pull thrus too. Prices were reasonable too.
Management were very nice and saved best for the last, restrooms have been completely refurbished, large showers and was kept clean...
Great stop over and close to a reservoir though we didn't visit
We stayed in space 51

This is a centrally located campground with food and gas right on I-5. A quick 7 mile drive to Los Banos and there is everything else a person could need. The RV park is reasonably priced and the grounds are maintained and clean. I wish I could say the same for the showers and laundry room. The showers have mold/mildew on the shower doors and where the floor meets the walls. The hair, sunflower seeds, and other trash in the stall has remained in place for the entire week that I was there. I don't know about the men's facility. The laundry room is thick with gunk at the base of each machine. Only basic seeping is being performed. There is also no panes in any of the window openings. Since its pretty much the only campsite around, this place will probably always get guests.
