Terrible! Lots of people living there. Personal junk all over the place by their trailers. Rundown. We pulled in at night and couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

Don't bother.
However, if you've already pulled off the Interstate, Granzella's will let you en route in their RV parking lot. Even has picnic tables. Ask permission of the manager to be polite, and buy something or hang out in their sports bar. Much better Williams option.

Very run down property. No credit cards. Clean but corroded and decaying restrooms and showers. Marginally acceptable for a single night. Good and friendly staff. Sites very close to one another with some shade, on black top. No club discounts and maybe WiFi works but outsourced tech support didn't pick up after 20 min on hold. $31.00
