For Canyon Creek Resort Members Only: Nice setting at the base of Monticello Dam, which creates Lake Berryessa. The park is on Putah Creek with is very pretty and the sound of the creek permeates the park, if in areas B and C. Other comments about bridge separating park are correct, area C, which as the full hookups near the creek are inaccessible if over 13’6”. There is area A, near the office, not next to the creek, but accessible with full hookups, but often they are full. This is a membership park and we were members. My rating for this park is: it gets a star for location near the creek. It gets a star for being an RV park that accommodates different sized RVs, but not in all sites. It does have a little cafe, a pool, a hot tub, and game room, but you have to search out to use them (see other comments). The office has good popcorn. BUT, the place is close to town, but NO cell coverage. The sites and facilities are very run down (mostly clean but run down), and the electrical is iffy. We found we stayed in area B, next to the creek, had no sewer and had to pay extra for the honey bucket service. There are a few full timers. Pressure was high to be a member, and cost was not cheap. We opted not to stay in and did not use the RPI network very much. Not worth it.

For Canyon Creek Resort Members Only: Staff was friendly and the sites available to us were nice. Three major complaints about the RV resort: 1. The RV Park is split by a bridge you have to go under if you want a space with a dump site. Unfortunately the bridge is only 13’6” and our 5th wheel was 13’10” so we were limited in spaces available to us. 2. The RV Park had spiders and spire webs everywhere, and I mean everywhere; key pad to enter park, bathroom stalls, bathroom showers even inside the security shed where they stored the DVD’s you could borrow (no charge). 3. Didn’t know (until the day we left) they had a billiards table available to their quests. They need to advertise this. Overall the place was nice and the river and the sound of cascading water alongside the RV Park was a pleasant surprise.

Honey Badger

For Canyon Creek Resort Members Only: This is a Members Only Site. No access for the traveler. Looks clean and nice but the man on the cart explained that it is "like a timeshare."
