Basically a parking lot surrounded by nice flowers and trees. Spacing on each side is horrible (maybe 4 feet) leaving the only view to be your neighbors sewer and water connections. We were very specific about having an unobstructed view, they promised we would have no body next to us as they no longer rent that space... a lie as we now have a Super C parked there. Many other spacious and beautiful parks to stay at for less than this place. Really a shame as we planned for over two years to come to Colorado to see the scenery instead we spent any time on our rv with the shades pulled down. A total let down and I hope no one else suffers the same fate.

Would not stay here again. First, the good - beautiful flowers in certain areas, like the office. Now the bad - cramped spaces - ours was a “companion site” facing whoever pulled in next to you. The Highway noise was horrendous. The wifi never worked - you could log on and than it would kick you off. The restrooms and showers were closed but oddly enough, the laundry room was open - go figure. Their prices were ridiculously high for basically no amenities. We traveled all over southern Colorado in the summer of 2022 and stayed at some wonderful rv parks. We paid the most for this park and it was almost the worst. Can’t figure out how they get good reviews - something not quite right about that. We spoke to others while there that were very unhappy, especially given what they charge (and they charge a high deposit as well).

Thank you, Mac! Beautiful park especially if you want to teach the kids to fish. Lots of green grass to run the dog. Photo ops with a blue heron, geese and deer. The park wasn’t even open for the season yet and the owners let us park in a loop while driving 2 days to get home.

We stayed here Sept 9-10 2019. We absolutely loved it. We had a dog with us and he enjoyed getting to run out in the grassy field. The common areas were constantly being picked up and kept clean. The WiFi was basic RV park quality-good during off hours, not as good when busy. We will absolutely stay there again.

This park is a sad situation! It is layed out in a way that destroys the camping experience. They told us they have 35 acres and they crammed all the campers in like Sardines in a can. There is 10 feet from our door to the next RV’s sewer hose. On the driver side of the RV there is less room to the next RV. The saddest thing is we are right next to RT 160 a very busy Hwy, very noisy! Why would you do this at any campground??? We are RVers, not perms and would like some elbow room at a campsite, not the ability to see my neighbor poop and then smell it through my door. Comm on Man!! And I don’t want to feel like I am on Indy 500. Why are Independent Campgrounds doing this? If they want perms then say so in the description. If they give only a RV parking spot say it! At least Walmart does that. We will never return. Best of luck finding good Campgrounds!!

Nice looking park. Lots of green, and room to walk. Only complaint, maybe two, internet was slow, and tv cable not so clear.

Very pretty park. Stream running through has been diverted and landscaped to form some small ponds for fishing. Bridges to walk over. Lots of flowers and green grass. RV sites are gravel. Excellent maintenance with sites raked and edges of stream raked to remove cottonwood blooms. Some sites are pretty close together. Several seasonals. Good hookups. Cable not very clear. WiFi 2 bars from our site.
