For RV Ranch At Grand Junction: Low voltage, at the highest, only 111v at the lowest, 102,my EMS cut the power. Temp in the 89's, Resort fairly full but their power should have handled it. Otherwise, WiFi not free, lots OK, level and roomy. Rates higher than most. Quiet, friendly folks.

For RV Ranch At Grand Junction: Pad is concrete. WiFi is not included with a nights stay, it’s $4 more. I booked two nights, but only stayed one. But my fault for not fully reading the cancellation policy, I paid for two nights. I ended up paying to stay at a much nicer CG in Palisade that had free WiFi and it was cheaper per night. Would I stay here again? No I would not.

For RV Ranch At Grand Junction: little pricey for a week long stay but in the right place. 32 road laundromat is close by and inexpensive, city market just down the street. no fire rings but there was a table. the park website says there are 150 sites and there may be, all but 20 are reserved for month long stays. looks like a lot of very long term folks in the park.

For RV Ranch At Grand Junction: River sites? What is review from woman from Utah mean. This park is not on any river! We've stayed here several times and enjoyed every minute of it. Yes older, but we like it that way.

For RV Ranch At Grand Junction: $$$$$$. Stayed in 40 foot 5th wheel for 3 nights in October '18. Beautiful scenic views all around and easy access to town area. Nice bathrooms. No picnic tables or fire rings available however the sites are well spaced. The river sites are over rated as the river is non accessible. Don't pay for upgraded site selections as they are all basically the same. The river is a 30 foot drop down a steep hill and isn't even visible from the river sites. The campground is way over priced not even having picnic tables. Quiet place to stay. The road access to it is a bit questionable but drive slow and you should be ok. Never saw the staff however check in over the phone was nice and courteous. overpriced for an underdeveloped campground not quite finished. No dog run. all the amenities on the flyer are not completed yet.

For RV Ranch At Grand Junction: Staff was friendly. Level paved spots. Campground a little noisy. Spots close together. They have wifi, but you have to pay for it. It's was convenient for this trip, but I would try somewhere else next time.
