For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: Very large RV park with a lot of amenities you would find in a KOA Holiday. This is about an hours drive to Estes Park. Very friendly staff, safe gate/security and nice pull through sites (they have back-in as well). We thought this park was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We did not use the bathroom/shower facilities but they looked clean and well kept. Walking path around lake that your allowed catch and release fishing. Fun activities for kids, however due to COVID, some items were not available. We would definitely come back to this park when in the area.

For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: What a nice place. Pricey but worth it especially if you have a dog or kids. Very nice path around a small fishing lake to walk. Lots of retired folks as employees that were just delightful. We would definitely stay again. What a great area!

Laura

For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: This was a clean well maintained park. Our site was perfect, except for the sewer hookup being a bit too far back to the rear for an easy hookup so we dumped just before we left, no problem. The park is very nice with lots and lots of activities for families and kids. The hike around the lake is wonderful, there are murals of animals on the trees. Staff was helpful and we really enjoyed our stay for two nights and wished we stayed longer. The town of Fort Collins looks nice, and because our stay was during COVID 19, we had limited access. There are a ton of restaurants, shopping and cool things to see like the river that flows through town. Bike trails, parks, and the snow capped mountains in the distance. We will come here again, and have talked about making this a place for a family reunion as there are tent sites, cabins and full hookup RV sites all in close proximity. Verizon signal was good, did not use the wifi.

For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: We already booked a site for next year! This place is amazing for a family. Lots to do and clean but the best of all is that the staff is super friendly and really nice. They even delivered pizza to the fishing dock for us!! Camping sites are a little snug but, really, there is so much to do, we didn’t really spend time in the camper.

Jessica

For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: Lots of cool things to do in the Fort Collins’s area and the food can’t be beat. But we were doing the paddle boats and met s worker pulling weeds in the middle of their “lake”. He told us the only reason they have a lake is from the run off from alll the farmers fields. That’s why you can’t swim in the lake or eat the fish you catch from the lake. That kind of ruined the magic of the “lake” for us. The workers are all old and grumpy so if you have children, beware. Chuck and I don’t know her name but I called her Nancy were the worst. Grumpy old people who constantly were yelling at the kids to stop looking behind the benches, stop running, blah blah blah.

For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: All I can say is WOW! This is the nicest KOA I’ve ever stayed at. We paid $45 per night with discount but it’s worth it. Cable works great and sites are on concrete pads which is a rarity around here. Very clean campground and super friendly staff If I could rate the laundry room it would be a 10! It’s that nice! Oh, and when you turn down the drive there is heavy equipment machinery on both sides of the drive but don’t let that discourage you, it’s really nice! Highly recommend!
