For Boulder County Fairgrounds RV Park: Would give 5 stars if spaces werent so tight but it is a great deal for the money! The park ranger was super nice & helpful-it is first come first serve but there were lots of open spots when we arrived! Nice clean showers & bathrooms! We actually extended our stay because we really like the area-be sure & go to Left Hand Brewery!!

For Boulder County Fairgrounds RV Park: All sites are first come, first served. Pay for your site with an automated machine. Spots are tight and very close to your neighbor. We saw lots of big rigs here. Pretty cheap stay, but it’s not a place to go if you’re looking for charm and space. We stayed here a week because it was $25/night for hookups. Camp is 15 minutes from downtown Boulder.

Mary

For Boulder County Fairgrounds RV Park: Horrible place! Quite a few here are long term and there are some pretty trashy sites. Your space is barely wide enough to put slides out without hitting your neighbor. Only 8 spaces are long, and they are hard to get because half are taken by people staying for a while. Sites are all gravel and pretty uneven. Quiet time is 9 to 6 but at 9:30 the party was still going on next to us with people outside and the door open. The campground host only works 10 am to 4 pm so there is nobody to call. They have restrooms and showers locked and they don't give you the combination. This is self service so you never see a live person. We were going to stay a few days, but no way!

DSVT

For Boulder County Fairgrounds RV Park: This is our second stay. See our first DSVT review. We were looking for a convenient place to stay in the general area while visiting friends in April. There were few other RVs. Our stay was quiet. Although this park is more functional than aesthetic, we came back for the convenient location, easy access and friendly staff.

For Boulder County Fairgrounds RV Park: We were looking for a campground that would be convenient for visiting friends in the Longmont/Boulder area. We're self contained and don't use the facilities. We stayed on a weekend in September.

The location of this campground was great. It's 5 minutes to downtown Longmont, 20 minutes to Boulder and less than an hour to Denver. It's surrounded by malls, so stocking up on supplies and eating out were short walks away. All sites have electric, some have water. There's a dump station near the entrance. There's no wifi. ATT and Verizon coverage were ok. The sites are all arrayed in a flat gravel parking lot and are quite narrow. Sites on the ends of the rows feel larger as they abut small islands to direct traffic which also hold a picnic table. There are few trees, mostly around the perimeter. Despite the small sites and nearly full campground, we enjoyed several quiet nights. All sites are first come first serve, there are no reservations.
