For Sunshine Key RV Resort: Way overpriced flat gravel lot. Very noisy, highway noise, screaming kids, parties. Bring earplugs for sleeping. Very crowded sites, packed close. Few trees, little shade. Good utilities, clean, no fire pits, picnic table in each site, narrow access roads. Filled with golf carts, kids on electric scooters, dog walking seems to be the major activity. Fish cleaning station with restrictions.

For Sunshine Key RV Resort: We have stayed here many times over the years, we love the location. But this time was very disappointing. Every site is jam packed with cars, trucks, golf carts, boats, kitchen set ups…you can barely get down the road! Loud music playing, kids screaming and riding those electric scooters as well as underage driving of golf carts! We couldn’t walk the campground at night without the fear of getting run over. The campground has rules in place but they don’t bother to enforce them! Also many barking dogs and dogs off leash. So disappointed in Thousand Trails!!

For Sunshine Key RV Resort: Be ready to bake if you stay late April to October. Virtually no shade. Bare marl pads which radiate reflected solar energy straight up.

For Sunshine Key RV Resort: Not impressed , small beach area, noisy , tight sites. They have 500 sites n 1 laundry mat, 7 washers out of order. No respect for space, people walk thru your sites tripping over sewer hoses n such. Will never stay here again

For Sunshine Key RV Resort: Nope. Not for us. There are so many people on weekends and they are all so noisy. There is no respect for personal camp space. We had many people walk THRU our site the entire time we have been here (3 weeks); we are currently looking to leave early that’s how it’s going. Way to expensive for no management of the people and the place. I’ll never stay here again.

For Sunshine Key RV Resort: Great location, clean, marina, lots of activities and small beach access. Unfortunately, too crowded, no respect of the rules, max 2 pets on the conditions when we booked but our neighbour, had 5 dogs barking all time and the management was aware of that but did nothing! Why rules if nobody respect them and management don’t make sure to apply them!

For Sunshine Key RV Resort: Very nice but very pricey. Large pull through , level, gravel sites. Narrow lanes for turning. Has cable but you must pay for wifi (14.50/week for four devices) good signal. You are about 8 miles from any shopping and restaurants. 40 miles north of Key West. Has a very small Beach area but a lot of ammendies. Stayed in 36ft 5th wheel. Bath rooms and shower were clean.
