For Arbor Terrace RV Resort: This was a our third year coming to this park for the month of March. On the 4th day of March there was a note taped to the door of our camper that stated all of the spots were spoken for in March of 2023 so we would need to get placed on a standby list if we wanted to return. We were planning on returning next year but hadn’t visited the office since our arrival. We saw that they have made many improvements to the park. There is still a lot of work to be done but the park is looking a lot better. They have gotten rid of many of the junky campers and poured concrete on several areas on both sides of the road. There are still a very small number of full timers that dont think they need to follow the rules, like smoking in the laundry room, parking their golf cart in front of the door to the laundry and parking their vehicles where they don’t belong. The spots are very tight as others have mentioned but we have been able to work around that. If they continue to clean out the older full time camping units that are not cared for and put down more concrete pads, this place will continue to improve but for now, we are done with this place and will move on without the chance to return next year. Pros: Nice pool, good roads, clean and updated bathrooms. Cons: Tight overlapping spots, sand, and a few full timers.

For Arbor Terrace RV Resort: In many years, we have never been in a campground this tight. Can’t wait to get out of here. Lots of rough looking rigs. Just a crappy park.

For Arbor Terrace RV Resort: NOT big rig friendly! The lots are very, very tight, and consist of sand. Our 45' RV got stuck in the lot they squeezed us into! Neighbor (a permanent tenant there) said big RVs get stuck here pretty frequently. Nice, quiet, large park, overall, in a great location, but definitely not a good choice if you have a big motorhome.

Rose

For Arbor Terrace RV Resort: Ok park, sites are tight... wifi poor, handy to shops. Very busy in march.
