** Pleasant Lake RV Resort is only for yearly residents, 55+. We stopped in at the office August 2023 to check out options. There is a large lake, the lots with a water view are priced slightly higher than the others. There is a dog walk area, fishing, fitness center, swimming pool (not real big), laundry, shuffleboard. It seemed clean and open - the lots were a bit larger than others we visited in the area and did not seem tight. Rent was $696 w/no water view or $736 w/water view. The built in annual $50 increase in rent starts November 1. Water and electricity is not included in rent.

Stayed Dec 2017, typical large RV park, mix of permanent & RV lots, park is clean, quiet with fairly well spaced lots, Very Good wifi, good neighbours. Unfortunately no view unless by the lake and these lots mostly permanent.

People were friendly, lots of activities planned. Wi-Fi worked well for us.
