This park does not take reservations, we were told it was first come first serve when I called and spoke to Donna. I offered to leave my information, but she reiterated that they did not take reservations.
We travel for our company and got stuck on a job, so we were 4 hours later than anticipated. When I called to see if there was any availability, Carolyn told me that getting in late would have been ok if I had called earlier (it was 8 pm), but since I didn't call she would not help us because she waited all afternoon for us.
There are no hours on the Allstays app or their website.
What is troubling is, Carolyn stated repeatedly that if I had called earlier she could have helped me. It appears her agenda is more important than quality customer care.
So we have to find somewhere else to stay, even though they have availability.
