For Lake Stone County Park: What a great place. We stayed one night on our way to Pensacola. Every site is beautiful and well appointed and meticulously maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful and a ranger regularly checked the grounds. We felt very safe. Not far off the main road. The cost is very reasonable. Would definitely return.

For Lake Stone County Park: This a really nice small campground. Super nice check in. Sites are all first come first choose. No reservations and no credit cards. The setting is beautiful with the lake. Best campsites are concrete and very level. Pensacola is an hour away. No hiking trails here. Just a loop. Playground in the middle. Bathrooms are nice and in good shape. 2 Verizon bars. No sewer connections nut dump station is in good shape. This place could be a little crazy in the summer. I

For Lake Stone County Park: Lake Stone is a county owned campground. Gravel sites a lot of which overlook the lake. Water and 50 amp electric. Dump station on site. Clean showers/bathrooms. Free Wifi on site. The lake is great for fishing. Clear water and plenty of spots to fish from a boat or from shore. 1 bar AT&T and 3 bars of Verizon.
