For Sunseekers RV Park: Mostly full timers here. Many very old trailers. Very friendly and quiet. The park is old and crowded. They took our reservation for a 40’ class c, we were barely able to get in, took a lot of maneuvering .

For Sunseekers RV Park: Ok for an overnight stop or for a short stay if you want to visit the area, but not a 55+ RV resort. Pool and one nice pickle ball court. The place is old and run down. Bathroom / showers not cleaned regularly. No maintenance ever done around the place. It is not for 55 and older, plenty of younger people here and kids. Community of people here are very nice and it is quiet

For Sunseekers RV Park: NOT an RV Park, only two working showers, three working toilets This is a community of permanent park models with about two dozen RV’s and no more than a dozen spaces for transients. The interior roads all very congested with tight, snug turns for our 36’ motorhome. Big rigs will have difficulty here. As we drove in a sign said “Water Must be Boiled”. Map said there were two bath houses. We could only find one building with one combination shower/toilet cubicle (for women) and a second combination shower/toilet cubicle (for men); 219 sites and two working showers and no potable water. I was told there used to be two more showers/toilet cubbies in the office building but they were being renovated and there was only one working toilet in that building. We had booked a full hookup but none was available when we arrived so we had 30-amp electricity, no sewer, no potable water and still had to pay the full rate of $77 / night (they tack on a $4 ‘resort fee’ just to add insult to injury.) Our ‘site’ was unlevel, with a broken asphalt-in-hardened-mud patio next to the garbage can pen, next to U.S. 41. Our sound machine helped with the road noise at night. Never coming back to Sunseekers “RV Park” again.

For Sunseekers RV Park: Run don’t walk from this run down RV Park and they charge $70 per day unbelievable! Encore RV Resorts purchased this RV Park back in September you’d think by now they could have spruced up a bit! When we arrived yesterday in the pouring rain we were sent to a space that didn’t have sewer hookup just water & electric. A nice neighbor came out and gave us the Property Managers number after a call to her she gave us about 15 spaces to drive around to find one with sewer hookup. After driving through the RV park for 30 minutes we finally located a space that had sewer-water & electricity! You’d think they would know which spaces have sewer especially when they’re charging $70 per day! The PM, Alida was understanding however basically had excuses for the situation because they got the property in September with lots of issues! The other staff need lessons in Customer Service! Save your money and go somewhere else!

For Sunseekers RV Park: What a dump! Dirty, terrible sites look like they haven’t been maintained for 30 years. The pool is ok but old. There is one laundry machine but we didn’t want to walk into the building it looked so bad. The garbage is front and center as you drive in for a nice look. Upon checking we were told the park has been sold and basically under renovation so no WiFi at all. The outrage is the nightly fee was $70! And we were told Good Sam is not honored in the “In Season” December 9th? Our long term neighbors said that all the rates had been raised by 30% recently. Never ever stay here! Go up the street to Alligator Park in Punta Gorda and pay half this rate at a beautiful park.
