For Pine Lake RV Park: We had a nice experience with the new management. Internet was having issues they are working on. Everything else is really nice. Great price

For Pine Lake RV Park: If I could give no stars I would.... this site is dirty grimy and out dated and they don’t care about repairing their facilities since the hurricane. Now for my personal experience, I was put in a site that was covered in debris, then PAID to move to a different site when FEMA workers needed to come in, when I am working for a company thru FEMA, side note they cleaned that site for the other FEMA workers but not for us. The site the owner moved me to was covered in cigarette butts, not just one here or there but covered with butts. And then the daily shut off of water and power..... this is actually the worst spot I’ve ever camped.

For Pine Lake RV Park: Website is very out of date and misleading. All staff did at check in was complain about how the owner only comes in a couple hours a week and doesn't do anything. Washers and dryers very old and in poor shape. Park need's a lot of work it was probably a nice place 10yrs ago doesn't look as if much has been done sense. Water, electrical problem's all over the park.very poor water pressure. They tell you get free WiFi what a joke it works very poor and sets your limit at 128mb may as well say no wifi. All the staff wants to do is complain about everything they have to do .probably nice people but very rude and poor customer service.
Many other nice place's in the area not even worth the drive from the hwy

For Pine Lake RV Park: This has been the most disappointing park I've ever visited. First I am a coast to coast member. Tried to make reservations online with both coast to coast and directly with campground to no avail. I called to make verbal reservations and was told to email the reservations. Really? Also as a coast to coast member this is one of the more expensive campgrounds, so I was expecting more right from the beginning. They also had a lot of rules and fines for breaking these rules. Dress code, again, really? Check in was smooth. Older woman insisted on her walking my rv to my spot. So while I was following her I noticed the park was large and there wasn't a lot of people there. Great. Until I turned the corner where EVERYBODY was crammed together. With dozens of open and empty spots, I was placed tightly between 2 other RV's. one side was multiple children and other side had this squeaky wind thing that makes noise 24/7. Drove me and my dogs nuts. Why was I crammed in here again? Next morning I got up to do some laundry. After looking at the map and wandering around with my laundry basket full of clothes I went back to rv to call desk. I was told it was behind the back of a Kwanzaa hut. Mind you there were multiple wood frame buildings all with locks. No signage anywhere. Finally a tiny laundry sign above the door facing the woods. How did I ever miss it? (Sarcasm). Definitely not where the map said. When I walked in it smelled of mildew. 3 washers and a few dryers all in rough shape. Plus 2.50 for washer and 2.50 for dryer. Forget it. As i was heading back to my rv i noticed a couple who must have watched me wandering all over looking for the laundry and never said anything. So as far as I'm concerned the people weren't friendly. I was ready to leave park less than 24 hours in. Never enjoyed the "scenery" as I was so frustrated and looking for another campground. Wow. I expected a lot more from a coast to coast "resort". Especially at the more expensive price.
