For KOA Holiday Jennings: Beautiful campground. The pool and facilities are spotless! Quiet and relaxing. We were sad that we were only passing through and didn’t get to enjoy it longer.

Casa De Colombo

For KOA Holiday Jennings: As recent first time RV owners, we chose Jennings KOA for our maiden voyage because of its distance from our home (we wanted to see how comfortable a ride we had), availability and to put our recent purchase through the paces. With all of the amenities offered by this KOA (pull through (lakefront), 24 analog and HD channels Cable TV, full hook ups, laundry, etc) we could exercise all of the RV’s systems and have confidence in our new mobile home. This KOA did not disappoint! The campground is under new ownership from what we understand, and while the office/store shelves are bare (understandably due to change in ownership and COVID), they did have the cooler stocked with refreshments and there is a gas station across the street if you need more. The park was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There wasn’t a single dead palm frond hanging from one of the many palm trees on site (something I look for as a matter of attention to detail), nor did we see a single piece of litter on the grounds (we walked the entire grounds 3X a day to stretch our legs. The pool was open (we didn’t use), it’s not brand new, but again, it was very very clean. We enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this park!

Sheri

For KOA Holiday Jennings: We live in Jennings and we’re going to visit some friends that were staying there and pick them up for lunch. They have a new coach and we wanted to see it also. The “guard” chased us down and said we had to check into the office before we went to their site. We got to the office and we were informed we had to pay $10.00. I said to go visit a friend? The rude lady said yes. I asked what and why? She said because of all our amenities! I said we will be here 30 minutes and won’t use any of your amenities. She said oh well that is what our policy is. Now mind you they do have a pool...it’s raining today...they do have a playground...my grandkids are in Kissimmee...they have a bath house...I live down the road. We are full timers and have never been in a campground where you have to pay $10 to visit a friend staying there. I understand if it’s summer and you want to go use the pool or something like that for the day but this was ridiculous! We only live 8 miles from there and have a full hook up available...if you want to stay here we will gladly let you hook up for $10 a night! Oh, and your friends can visit free of charge!

For KOA Holiday Jennings: We evacuated Sunday evening due to Hurricane Dorian. 42’ class A motorhome with a separate pickup towing a Jeep. We had no reservations. We got there around 7:00 pm but were told there was no availability. We stayed in their parking lot and were trying to call other campgrounds in the area when the work camper ran out to us to let us know she had a cancellation for 2 days. We were relieved! We actually stayed 3 days. This is a very pretty, quiet campground, appears they are updating the hookups. The showers, bathroom and pool area are dated but extremely clean. No doubt as they continue to update this will be a top notch campground. The grounds are groomed beautifully and the workers are very pleasant and accommodating. We would stay here again. A big thank you to them for finding room for us during a stressful time.
