For Fiesta Key RV Resort & Marina: Some aspects of this park are nice, e.g., camp store, restaurant, waterfront areas. But the overall impression is negative. The park is reminiscent or the cramped rock v=covered parks in Alaska, although somehwha3t warmer. From our standpoint, it works for a night or two, but there are far nicer parks for a long stay in the keys.

For Fiesta Key RV Resort & Marina: If I could give this piece of -10 ..we would! This has been a very disappointing experience. We are in a 32 foot fifth Wheel and paying a fortune for two weeks. In fact what we’re paying for two weeks it’s almost how much we’re paying for a month at the sister site in the keys. We stayed here once before in standard site which wasn’t terribly horrible but tight… So we upgraded and paid extra money for a premium site thinking we would get more space. Were we mistaken. They shoehorned us into the tightest spot you can ever get into. It is so bad they had to put a Orange cone on the end of our RV so no one will hit it when they turn the corner. We barely can get our truck on the site. And it was the same for all the other sites next to us. They Jam in big buses n big RVs on sites that only small RV should be on. It’s all about the big money for the big corporation…so they make the spaces really small to fit many rvs as you can and make the most money you can. We saw 2 RVs get damaged because they were guiding into spots that were too small. When we went and complained about our spot… We were told that we can buy two spots if we want more space ! Are you kidding for what we’re paying now for one spot! We will never be back to fiesta key.

For Fiesta Key RV Resort & Marina: Staff was beyond incredible. James from the security team checked us in with a smile. Then Jack took us to our site and insisted upon backing us in. Great service! Also spoke to Jordan in the office and she was wonderful. Then George gave us some tips on local places of interest. There is no onsite dumpster so guests are instructed to place their garbage bags outside and a staff member kindly picks them up. Recycling bins are available. We stayed in site 339 for 5 nights and it was fabulous! We loved facing the water. This gorgeous resort includes a private beach area with lots of activities. There is also a large pool with 2 small hotubs and even a small store. The pool was heated but sadly it is always full of splashing kids. Resort staff also provide 3 large hammocks for guests to enjoy. Pretty cool! We tried the onsite restaurant one night and it was disappointing to say the least. We found a table and proceeded to be ignored for the next 20 minutes. I walked up to the bar and decided to order some happy hour items there instead. The female bartender was highly apologetic. She said that only 2 servers were on duty as the entire staff was undergoing daily COVID testing. Perhaps multiple folks had recently tested positive? Things seemed to be back to normal a few nights later when we heard a live band playing along with lots of drunken warbling from bar patrons. Now that's the island spirit! Tiki hut located at the NW corner of the resort is a great place to watch the sunset. Free wifi at the community center wasn't so great. Didn't try the optional paid wifi at our site. Also did not try the onsite laundry or bathrooms. Our AT&T and Verizon phones had decent signal strength. Couldn't program any over-the-air TV channels but who cares? Get out of your RV and enjoy the beach!

For Fiesta Key RV Resort & Marina: Very nice campground resort with lots of amenities but absolutely do not waist your money on an Elite waterfront site. Only about half of the Elite sites are actually on the water. Depending on where they decide to put you it could be a water view or a view of the parking lot. We had a good time during our stay but were extremely disappointed that we paid over $200 per night to sit behind our camper and look at a gravel parking lot. Definitely feel like we got bait and switched.

For Fiesta Key RV Resort & Marina: We were fortunate to get in here for a week on short notice. Site was very small/narrow, but with more advanced booking I would return to a larger site. Would have given 5 stars if the bar/restaurant was open. We love middle keys and took one day to KW. We are 40ft/towing. Very neat/tidy park, liked pool& beach area. A bit pricey but thats to be expected in high season here.Great staff. We would return here for another visit.

For Fiesta Key RV Resort & Marina: Nice park but rules are stupid .no pet fence it's 24imch high size in the small concrete patio. Reason for fence a 5 lb dog and let's not forget covid management said take it down

For Fiesta Key RV Resort & Marina: This place is nice because it’s in the keys and if you have a boat, they have a boat launch. But the rules here are insane. I’ve been full time RVing for years now and the number of rules here exceeds any other place and those rules seem arbitrary and without flexibility. For example no pet pens. Ok, I get it. They don’t want some owner leaving their pet in the pen, barking its head off...but why not make the rule unattended pet pens aren’t allowed? They don’t allow firearms here, but they don’t check, leaving them to enforce the pet pen rule while I’m sure there are a ton of firearms in here. The playground is closed but kids are in there all hours of the day and night yet they enforce the pet pen rule... don’t get me started on how early they authorized the tree trimming with chainsaws.
