For El Governor RV Park: Other than the very nice lady in the office, I do not recommend this park. The base throughout is some sort of tan dirt that turns into mud with a bit of rain. The electrical box cover was loose which is a very serious electrical hazard. At $100/night, it’s pitiful.

For El Governor RV Park: This is a great little beach RV resort that has been fully rebuilt post Hurricane Michael. Management is very friendly and accommodating, you can tell they enjoy their park and are happy to help in anyway. Very quiet park and a football throw away from the beach. Will definitely stay again.

For El Governor RV Park: The one thing this park has: close access to the beach. The beach itself is beautiful however during our stay was occupied by a group of individuals with personalized shirts calling themselves "Mexico Beach Mafia." Although humorous, this group used all the ice from the free ice machine for their coolers. Included in the 4 page snarky list of rules and regulations was a directive to not use all the ice for your cooler....the MBM were also guests at the RV park. So naturally they took up all the parking spaces to block access to the public beach as well as occupied 5 tent spaces of the small shoreline all day. We stayed 2 nights and 1 day. The first spot was a pull through, which is always nice. The second night we were asked to move to a back in spot to accommodate however our previous spot remained empty. No fire rings or grills provided. We did have a picnic table but beware...biting ants everywhere. The bathhouse was adequate but extremely small stalls. By extremely I mean your nose is touching the door when you are sitting on the toilet. Only 2 shower stalls, very dated somewhat moldy in places. Very tight RV park. Management was matter of fact polite but not necessarily dripping with any hint of Southern hospitality.

For El Governor RV Park: Managers were friendly and helpful. campground it's kind of crowded. it is only a short walk across the street to the beach. bath house is fair. One positive surprise was a free ice cube machine.
