For KOA Holiday Milton Gulf Pines: People are nice. Laundry was clean and they have an app to pay with which is great. Pool was clean and has a kids pool also for the little ones. Playground is nice and my kids liked the mini golf. My only complaint is the multiple inches of standing water when it rains. I just watched this lady have to put on galoshes and the water came past her ankles to get out of her car at her lot. These lots need to be regraded so the water runs off. My lot still has 2-3 inches of standing water and I cannot walk my dogs as I’m stuck in my RV basically in the middle of a lake until it dries up.

For KOA Holiday Milton Gulf Pines: Nice wooded park. Site are level. Sites are average in size. Office helpful and friendly. Mud and water puddles after rain. I- 10 very close and somewhat noisy. Many campers with loud trucks and loud motorcycle which was disturbing. Nice size pool and kid pool. Many cigarette buds on site. Did not use laundry room. Would come back if no other option.

For KOA Holiday Milton Gulf Pines: I do not recommend staying at the Milton/Gulf Pines KOA in Milton, Fl. I was charged over $70.00 for one night. The camp site was muddy and had mold all over it as a long term resident had just left. There were other unoccupied sites that had fresh gravel available. The staff was friendly. I have stayed there many times and will not be back.

For KOA Holiday Milton Gulf Pines: Hurricane forecasted to land somewhere between our house and the campground. Explained to the manger “Mickey” that I couldn’t risk getting stuck there if gas stations where out of power on my route back home. I also explained that there was a high probably that there location would be affected and she agreed. However; because it’s a Holiday weekend, she can’t risk having an empty campground and not making a profit so, she will not refund us our money. She referenced KOA policy and advised for me to just come on down and if there was a mandatory evacuation she would then refund us. Well, I explained that was not a good evacuation plan for my family and that I would be willing to move my reservation to a later date. She cancelled my reservation and didn’t refund a penny. So now, we will camp somewhere not affected by the storm this weekend but I assure you it will not be KOA.

For KOA Holiday Milton Gulf Pines: This is a very nice park with large flat sites but half the site are rutted grass/sand with no gravel. My site had 2" standing water after daily summer rains. Would have moved but open spots looked same. At $60 a night they should at least rate gravel pads. Mini golf was in poor shape. Less expensive site are available but have tight spacing. I popped camper breakers twice, I would have checked post voltage output if the ground wasn't so wet. Wifi was good in center of park, Verizon cell signal good. Stayed in 5th wheel.

Susie

For KOA Holiday Milton Gulf Pines: Nice KOA and although it is just off I10, we did not notice much highway noise. The staff were very helpful, even sent someone down to help when we had a few difficulties hooking up. The morning continental breakfast was plain but substantial. The only negative for us was there are not concrete pads so you park on sand and it is too easily tracked into the RV because it gets in your shoes, etc. Will go back!
