Nice place, quiet, plenty of shade trees. Friendly staff. The few neighbors we met were friendly. The only negative to the place was so many political signs that it made it uncomfortable to walk down the street. Otherwise, nice enough to go back.

Very clean park with a nice salt water pool. Bathrooms are closed from 8pm to 8am. Pull through sites are very narrow. #18 only enough room for a picnic table. The site was surrounded by water due to heavy rains. Did not drain for our stay. Has lots of cabins. Very close to everything in New Smyrna Beach. Other campers were very friendly.

Pros: level sites, pull Thru, FHU, nice pool, convenient to beach & shopping.
Cons: sand & shell roadway, very dusty when vehicles pass by, mess when raining, bathrooms closed from 8 pm to 8 am

Love this RV park. Lovely staff, great pool, spacious, Nice pull though sites, 10 min drive to the beautiful beach. Brand new Publix grocery store 2 min up road. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!
